We are looking for an Accounting Construction Administrator to join our Client's team in the Euless area. Great culture and benefits with a small company of approximately 75 employees. Looking for this individual to start quickly.
Process Customer Pay Applications and Payments
Pay application tracking
Deposit and record customer payments
Process Repairs customer invoices
Serve as back up to the Repairs coordinator
Prepare customer pay applications
Turnkey Installation Costs Tracking
Monitor job costs and track unpaid vendor/supplier invoices
Prepare and submit lien waivers to suppliers/vendors
Prepare and submit customer documents prior to pay application payment
Pay will be $23.79hr.
2+ years of full cycle AP experience
Proficient Excel experience
Associates degree (can be in anything)
Construction background would be ideal.
Must have AIA pay applications experience
Must have experience with processing AIA pay applications and progress invoicing
