Position: Administrative Assistant to Analyst Management Department 

Pay: $20/hr

Hybrid work model: train for 1-2 weeks in office then 3 days work from home and 2 days in office

Monday - Friday 8-5



We are looking of an Administrative/Analyst Assistant to join our team in Ft Worth. This individual will provide assistance with administrative tasks relative to the reporting of various asset types via excel. 




ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 


 



  • Provides a variety of analytical and research support in assigned department or division; analyzes and makes recommendations for the solution of budgetary, fiscal or operational concerns and issues. 

  • Provides assistance in resolving operational and administrative problems; identifies problem area; conducts research to find alternative solutions; prepares reports to present and interpret data; makes recommendations; and completes forms, paperwork or other administrative procedures to assist in implementation of programs. 

  • Participates in special projects including research of new programs and services industry benchmarking, and feasibility analyses. 

  • Receives and responds to complaints and questions; reviews problems and recommends corrective actions; prepares summary reports as required. 

  • Updates previous budget requests and supporting detail; assists in analyzing changes to authorized positions and the impact to expenditures; and inputs data.


 


 


 


 


 


Required Qualifications :

Basic excel and Microsoft office skills 


Attention to detail


Good communication skills both verbal and written


Use computers and applicable software. 


Perform administrative technical support duties in a variety of areas.


Participate in the development and administration of an assigned budget. 


Prepare clear and concise reports via excel. 


Establish and maintain effective working relationships. 


Organization and time management.
