Job Title: Bilingual Assembly Lead

Hours: Mon - Sat from 2pm to 10pm or Mon- Sat 6pm - 2:30am  

Location: Fort Worth, TX 
Pay: $21 - $24.50/hr. based on experience
 

We are seeking an Off Shift Bilingual Assembly Lead for our manufacturing client in Fort Worth. This role will oversee production employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment, ensuring smooth operations while meeting production goals.  

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure deadlines are met. 


• Communicate job expectations and provide feedback to team members. 


• Train, coach, and counsel employees, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. 


• Maintain workflow per the Production Tracker and Shipping Schedule. 


• Interface with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. 


• Recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment, and procedures. 


• Report equipment malfunctions and suggest changes to increase efficiency. 


• Maintain production records, schedules, and reports. 


• Enforce safety regulations and uphold company policies. 


• Oversee 4-10 employees in the Production Department during off-shifts. 


• Coordinate and approve rework processes while maintaining quality standards. 


• Collaborate with Senior Leads and Supervisors on corrective actions and training. 

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience. 


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Associate’s degree preferred but not required


• Must be fluent in English and Spanish – written, oral, and verbal.


• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, crouch, or crawl as needed.


• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs. 


• Proven experience supervising teams in a production environment. 


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 


• Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks effectively. 


• Work environment includes exposure to moving machinery, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals. Noise levels are typically loud.
