Job Title: Bilingual Enrollment Specialist 

Pay: $40K base salary + $10K incentive bonus 

Location: Plano, TX

Hours: Monday-Friday

We are looking for a results-driven Bilingual Enrollment Specialist in the Plano, TX area to help our Client's meet enrollment goals. You'll be the first point of contact for new families assisting them through phone calls, emails, in-person tours, or community events, to help families find the right preschool experience for their children. Additionally, you'll support Client's leaders with the knowledge and tools they need to drive enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist parents and guests with school tours


• Develop and execute strategies to meet enrollment goals.


• Reach out to leads quickly through calls, emails, and mail.


• Build strong relationships with families and staff.


• Guide parents through the enrollment process and paperwork.


• Stay informed about Client's programs to communicate effectively.


• Educate Client's leaders on enrollment best practices.


• Create clear communications to convert leads into enrollments.


• Keep accurate enrollment data and suggest improvements.


• Use Intelikid to manage lead data efficiently.


• Assist in planning and participating in community events.


• Ensure schools have enough materials for tours and inquiries.

• Experience in a sales role with a proven track record for meeting & exceeding targets


• Proficient in MSOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams


• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required


• Must have an associate's degree or equivalent experience 


• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs


• Must be results-drive


• Confident and persuasive communicator


• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize for results


• Ability to set up, stand and walk for long periods of times at events


• 10% Travel will be required
