Job Title: CNC Shop Tech

Location: Mesquite, TX
Pay: $20+, based on experience (Paid weekly)
Schedule: 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday (some Fridays) 6am to 4:30pm

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Shop Technician to join a dynamic and growing team. This position offers a great opportunity for professional development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines with basic proficiency.


• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.


• Use calipers, tape measurer, and other basic measurement tools to maintain precision.


• Stage products by hand, dolly, and forklift.


• Pull and stock inventory per work order.


• Cut, fabricate, and assemble material per work order, utilizing manual and/or power hand tools.


• Perform quality checks and report discrepancies.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.


• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools like calipers.


• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.


• Ability to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts in a non-climate-controlled environment.


• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
