Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Lewisville (in-office only)
Training Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Regular Hours: 9am-6pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $16/hr (Paid weekly for the previous week worked)

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our Client's team in the Lewisville area. This role provides an exciting opportunity for individuals looking for professional growth and a supportive, collaborative culture, As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive top-notch service while working in a vibrant and innovative workplace that values teamwork, development, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Performs all order processing functions under established automation controls.
- Assist in Installing Dealer setup by collecting proper documentation from applying dealer.
- Monitor the timeliness of all open orders to ensure lead-time compliance.
- Respond to all incoming calls from Retailer, Customer, and Installing Dealer.
- Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
- Follow-up with installers on all open orders to ensure timely order completion.
- Obtain retail approval for all additional order requirements.
- Process and communicate order cancellations, necessary credits or charge-backs according to procedure.
- Operate computer terminal to enter orders, advance order status, provide shipping/install dates and invoice orders.
Required Qualifications :
- Exceptional telephone communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skill, including data entry, Excel and Word.
- Customer Service or telephone experience/employment preferred.
- Must be capable of handling customer complaints in a satisfactory manner.
- Previous retail home improvements experience a plus.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
