Dean of Outreach Recruitment

Our client has an immediate opening for a go-getter with a strong work ethic to lead the student recruiting initiative within the DFW area.  This is a fantastic leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional.  The role will encompass designing, developing, implementing, and inspiring the recruiting team to implement out of the box strategic outreach to increase enrollment within higher education throughout the DFW area.  This role will be a visible outreach position that meets with an array of clients and possible recruiting sources throughout the area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with Salesforce on a regular basis to maximize efficiency and communications of multi-thousand database


• Manage team of 30 recruiters throughout the DFW area


• Work with various schools, charter schools, churches, and other outreach entities to broaden possible student awareness to attend classes or earn certifications


• Recruiting experience within educational systems


• Proven work with KPI’s and data analytics to measure performance


• Ability to promote awareness within diverse communities in the DFW area


• Ability to present to stakeholders and outreach communities to promote mission, and vision for the educational institute


• Bilingual written and oral skills are preferred


• Project management of targeted initiatives to meet deliverable results


• Ability to travel within the DFW area for speaking engagements and outreach 

Experience:

• Bachelor’s of Science degree or equivalent experience


• 5+ years in recruiting of student population


• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting


• 3+ years in management


• 5+ years networking yielding quantifiable results


• 5+ years and proven track record working with Salesforce as CRM tool


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• Ability to present in both Spanish and English 


• Strong experience working with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
