Job Title: Educational Partnership Executive

Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000

Job Summary 

Excellent opportunity for an experienced, highly collaborative leader with a proven track record of enhancing academic quality, faculty excellence, diversity, equity and inclusion, and student success in a dynamic environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting and advising senior management in matters pertaining to professional and technical education, and actively engaging with community and employer partners for the purpose of creating new partnerships, responsive programs, and revenue opportunities. 


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

• Ability to provide strategic leadership and be a storyteller inspiring the community, business and academic stakeholders for the better good of the student population 

• Proven track record at making positive changes working with a team of peers and team that will support the overall success of the division 

• Ability to create win-win partnerships which may involves grants, financial and volunteer commitments which can quantifiably be measured for KPI’s 

• A history of progressively responsible experience as an academic administrator involving graduate or undergraduate programs, including responsibility for budget, personnel recruitment and evaluation 

• Ability to be a champion and leader regarding building complex educational partnerships with stakeholders for the benefit of the stakeholders and students 

• Experience in strategic planning, assessment of program(s) effectiveness, and development of guidelines to enhance academic units within the institution and with accrediting bodies 

• Knowledge of curriculum design and its application to sound academic management 

• Ability and skill in the design and application of methods for the evaluation of faculty and academic staff 

• Demonstrated commitment to the promotion of diversity 

• An understanding of emerging technologies and the effective application of instructional technologies to enhance student learning 

• Highly collaborative leader with experience in a comparably diverse and complex academic scenarios with a proven track record enhancing academic quality, faculty excellence, institutional diversity, equity and inclusion, and student success 

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, complex ideas and information to a variety of stakeholders/constituents within the community network related to career and academic requirements 



Required Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications 

• Master’s degree required (earned doctorate preferred) as confirmed by official transcripts 

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible teaching, administrative and/or educational leadership experience 

• Strong presentation skills and community relations with the academic and business communities 

• Three+ years of experience cultivating proven educational partnerships with quantifiable results 

• Ability to manage large teams as an effective and inspiring leader with a proven track record of servant leadership 

• Three (3) years upper level administrative/supervisory pertaining and to an educational environment 

• Demonstrated successful experience in strategic planning, fiscal management, resource allocation and personnel supervision 

• Demonstrated distinguished record of teaching, scholarly publications, and/or creative accomplishments that exhibit commitment to academic
