Job Description :

We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our Client's team in the Flower Mound area. This role will be responsible for supporting the Client from an HR administrative standpoint. This includes all general HR functions – benefits, leave of absence, recruiting support, payroll support, attendance tracking, employee communications, and various HR projects as needed.




Schedule: Monday - Friday  7:00AM to 4:00 PM   


Location: Flower Mound


Pay: $16/hr




General Employee Support



  • Supports  HR Business Partner in executing new hire orientation

  • Review and Document Attendance Notices

  • Communicate with employees through an open-door culture with high visibility and accessibility

  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests (including in-person and via written communication)

  • Onboards and offboards DC employees in HRIS

  • Host employee events in conjunction with Operations Specialist (including monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations)


Recruiting Support



  • Pre-screen and schedule qualified candidates for on-site interviews

  • Assist new employees with pre-hire and on-boarding steps


Benefits and Leave Administration



  • Support in maintaining leave claim tracking and document pertinent information in accordance with internal workflow processes

  • Support  in intake and tracking of leaves for non-exempt employees and maintaining employee leave files

  • Support  in executing annual open enrollment period 

  • Support with Benefits and Leaves Admin as needed


 


 


Required Qualifications :
 

Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in an HR administrative capacity supporting a large hourly population, preferably in a Distribution Center

  • Knowledge of leave and benefits required

  • Knowledge of statutory Federal, State, and Local leave

  • Knowledge of ADA/ADAAA

  • Knowledge of flexible benefits program

  • Proficient with Microsoft office package

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Familiarity with UltiPro/UKG desirable but not required
