We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at the Cincinnati facility. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing all aspects of HR operations, from payroll to employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee policies.


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a strong workforce.


• Support employees and leaders through performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.


• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.


• Ensure safety and health standards, including OSHA and Workers’ Compensation.


• Drive employee retention and create a welcoming, supportive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s or PHR certification preferred).


• 5-7 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.


• Strong understanding of OSHA, EEO, and employment regulations.


• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
