Reports to: National Accounts Manager

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Client in the Dallas/Carrollton area.

This role entails providing comprehensive support to the designated Director of Sales, encompassing various aspects of day-to-day sales operations, project management, regional marketing initiatives, and order processing. Extensive training will be provided to ensure proficiency in understanding sales channels, pricing strategies, technical support, marketing communications, and nurturing customer relationships. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.


• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.


• Provide timely responses to quotations and customer inquiries.


• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives in a timely manner.


• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results.


• Cultivate positive relationships with partners and customers.

• Bachelors degree preferred.


• Proficiency in SAP for purchase order entry preferred.


• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various partners.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Creative thinking skills to translate objectives into actionable plans.


• Ability to receive guidance from multiple sources and efficiently prioritize tasks under the supervision of a manager.


• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


• Proficiency in tracking and following up on actions to drive sales outcomes.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other computer applications.


• Positive attitude, adept at multitasking, and a collaborative team player.·
