Job Description :

 We are looking for an IT Support Analyst for our Client in Ft Worth.

This role will respond to and diagnose technical problems through discussion with others.  Responsible for maintaining documentation and preventive maintenance and safeguarding information technology assets. Provides recommendations to management on up to date technology and IT infrastructure



  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure security and confidentiality.

  • Implementation of new IT hardware/software as required by project teams, recommendations for end of life options and replacement.

  • Provide the highest level of customer support in diagnoses and resolve of first level tech support for computer users.

  • Provide support on a verity of software and tools, including Office 365, Process Pro, RedZone, Windows Domain environment, iPads and other software   

  • Responsible for coordinating vendors

  • Ensuring IT assets are always in support of the production process.

  • Assist staff with data analysis and reporting

  • Self-Directed 

Pay: $60-65K

Location: Ft Worth






Required Qualifications :



·      Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Information Technology, computer applications or equivalent experience.

·      Previous experience working in an office setting.

·      Ability to work effectively remotely, in a home office setting.

·      Exceptional inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills.

·      Strong Problem Solving/Analysis

·      Ethical Conduct

·      Time Management, Task Prioritization  

·      Experience supporting a multi subnet network, with a facility wide Wi-Fi system.

·      Experience using: Microsoft Word, Excel, Process Pro, Power Point, RedZone, and Domain Administration.

·      Experience in a verity of different reporting tools, Microsoft BI, Tableau, and Jet Reports, SQL Reporting.
