Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding & Assembly Machines
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Full-time 

1^st shift: 6am- 2pm

2^nd shift: 2pm- 10pm

3^rd shift: 10pm-6am

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!

Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working with machinery and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist in repairing and maintaining our injection molding and assembly equipment. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain molding machines, assembly equipment, and auxiliary equipment.


• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using the proper test equipment.


• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.


• Document repairs using our Maintenance Work Order System.


• Participate in continuous improvement efforts for equipment and processes.


• Maintain compressed air systems, machine water towers, and overall facility upkeep.


• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures for electrical work.


• Keep an organized inventory of repair parts and supplies.


• Operate a forklift and assist with general maintenance tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of relevant experience/training.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.


• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment but also independently.


• Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs when needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.


• Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.


• Must be comfortable working in various positions (stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing).


• Strong vision abilities, including depth perception and color vision.
