Office Manager
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Client's Team in the Farmers Branch area.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Answer the phone, direct calls and greet visitors; schedule meetings and appointments
• Order Supplies and Uniforms, Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Conduct Background Checks and Update Employee Contact information and Personnel Files
• Maintain Executive and Personnel files, Create New Hire Packets, Enroll employees for Medical Insurance and Provide Accounting with new hire information for payroll
• Maintain, Disburse and Reconcile petty cash and other Department Reports
• Provide Assistance/Backup for Document Services Management and Scanning Team
• Coordination of Company and Special Events
• Completion of Special projects for Management as Requested
Hours: M – F, 7A- 4P or 8AM – 5PM
Pay: $16 - $20/hr Based on experience
Paid weekly
Required Qualifications:
• Proven Experience as an Office Manager
• Minimum Education: High School or G.E.D. Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Type 35wpm
• Must be able to pass a felony criminal background check
