Office Manager

Job Description :

 We are looking for an Office administrator for our Client in Westlake. This individual will be responsible for: 

  • Provide administrative support for leadership team

  • Manage office supplies and facility requests

  • Process payroll for a few operating groups, serve as backup to payroll specialist

  • Assist finance with processing A/P and A/R

  • Project support for existing businesses and newly acquired companies- assist with insurance policies (Workers Comp, General Liability), administer business licenses with various states.

  • HR, IT and Operations projects as needed

Pay: $55k-$65k 


Required Qualifications :


  • High school diploma, or equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Experience processing AP/AR

  • Experience assisting payroll 

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication (written & verbal)

  • Good organizational skills
