Hours:

2nd shift:  Mon - Sat from 2:00pm - 10:00pm  (lots of overtime available)

3rd shift:   Mon - Sat from 10:00pm - 6:00am 

Pay: $15-17/hr depending on experience

Location: North Fort Worth

We are looking for a Packager for either 2nd or 3rd shift to work in a clean manufacturing environment in the North Fort Worth area. In this role, you will assist with packaging products, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of packaged items while adhering to safety protocols. Lot's of room for growth with great attendance and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Separate plastic products from scrap


• Package products according to a schedule


• Weigh containers and adjust quantities


• Label containers, products, or container tags


• Inspect products, materials, and containers


• Record information such as date, time, and weight


• Maintain a clean work area


• Organize storage cabinets


• Follow instructions from shift leads


• Observe safety and security procedures

• 6 months +  of related experience.


• Strong organization and communication skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to adjust to changing tasks.


• Must adhere to all safety and security protocols, report unsafe conditions, and operate equipment responsibly.


• Able to work well both individually and as part of a team.


• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, reach, crouch, or crawl as needed.


• Must occasionally lift or move up to 55 pounds.


• Vision requirements include close vision, color recognition, depth perception, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.


• Work environment may involve exposure to machinery, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals, with noise levels that are typically loud. Safety accommodations will be provided if necessary.
