Project Sales Manager
Our client is looking for a Project Manager Sales Business Solutions to be onsite at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.
The Project Manager, Sales Business Solutions provides support to the global selling organization by designing, developing and implementing the global selling systems and improvement programs. The Project Manager collaborates with Sales leadership and Sales employees to gather requirements and best practices to aid in the development of systems to drive efficiency and sales effectiveness. The Project Manager will also collaborate and coordinate with other departments including Product, Operations and IT as they may have impact on selling tools and resources. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Sales Business Solutions.

Analyze selling systems and processes to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
Gather feedback and information from Sales system users to develop list of priorities for future enhancements.
Collaborate with Information Services as the business project manager for global selling systems by lending support for all non-technical design and review of project plans pertaining to the functionality, improvements and enhancements.
Assist with the identification, development and implementation of enhancements to sales programs and processes, and align with similar initiatives from other corporate departments.
Recommend business flow enhancements to improve Sales quality, productivity, and profitability, ensuring alignment to corporate standards, and to maintain consistent practices across all Client's regions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Business related Degree from a 4-year College or University with 5 years or more of industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Requires working knowledge of sales systems.
- Requires knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications at the intermediate level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is preferred.
- Requires proficiency in project management.
- Requires knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Requires excellent oral and written communications skills along with ability to present information effectively.
- Must be detail oriented and have ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
