We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter/Sourcer with 2-3 years of experience specializing in Maintenance and Transportation roles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions in fast-paced environments. This position will play a critical role in helping to meet hiring goals by sourcing, screening, and recommending high-quality candidates for key roles.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for Maintenance and Transportation roles through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.


• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates by conducting research, attending industry events, and building strong relationships.


• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with job requirements.


• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.


• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.


• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.


• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and manage the recruitment process efficiently.

• 2-3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a focus on Maintenance and Transportation roles.


• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and platforms used for candidate sourcing.


• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.


• Ability to handle multiple requisitions at once and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of the Maintenance and Transportation industries, including role-specific qualifications and certifications.


• High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
