 We are looking for a Recruiter for our Client in the Plano area. 

Job Summary 

The Recruiter is responsible for the overall recruitment efforts for the organization. The position is responsible for designing and implementing recruiting strategies to support the growth of the organization. The position requires extensive professional outreach to customers, schools, and agencies in order to engage and build relationships with talent. The position supports the initiatives of the Human Resources Department.

Essential Functions

Delivers high-quality service to customers by matching employees' skills with needs in a fast pace environment with multiple deadlines.

Builds and maintains professional relationships with external agencies, employees and HR staff.

Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service.

Provides detailed reports to the HR department.

Responsible for full cycle posting and closing of jobs.

Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service while processing job requisitions.

Performs a variety of tasks unique and varied to each specific program.

Requires direct face to face interaction with executive level position.  

Assist and/or conduct interviews for various positions as needed

Manages the temp order management process from receiving to completing a technical assignment while communicating with managers and respective business managers. Maintains records on job posted activities as required.

This position includes resume and application prescreening for managers on specific jobs as assigned. 

Comprehends complex job requisitions requirements on job descriptions.

Responds to and qualifies job posting efficiently and timely in a fast pace environment.

Processes form letters generated by the applicant tracking system.

Analyzes resumes accurately for minimum qualifications as needed.

Conducts candidate reference checks for specified jobs as needed. Uses candidate reference checks to develop additional business opportunities.

Uses applicant tracking system and/or knowledge management software to fill requisitions rapidly with qualified applicants.


In office with possibility of working from home 1 day a week

Pay: $25-$30/hr

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast pace recruiting/talent acquisition role

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Bilingual candidate is highly preferred, but not required. 

Efficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
