BridgeWork Partners is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards to lead the organization for the DFW area.  We are looking for expertise working with complex ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.


 


The ideal professional will need to have a strong understanding of total rewards and operational administration and be able to work with compensation and benefits programs.


 


What we are looking for:



  • 7-10 years in total rewards

  • 7-10 years in proven leadership

  • Hands-on total rewards expertise

  • Ability to align total rewards to meet the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic plan

  • Experience working within ERP systems

  • Continuous improvement on market trends

  • Experience working with full and comprehensive benefits plans

  • Previous strategic leadership experience is a must

  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Effective data analytics skills

  • Excellent customer service role model to build a strong team and company culture for the organization

  • Proactive leadership approach to problem solving and advancing an organization forward

  • Ability to navigate within a complex organizational structure 

  • Knowledge of State and Federal wage and hour laws including FLSA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, Medicare, HIPAA, and social security and DOL requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Professional certification in compensation (CCP) or benefits (CEBS)
