Summary
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist for our Client located in Plano,TX! As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be key in building strong employer-employee relationships. You will also guide performance improvement efforts and support resolving conflicts across various departments within our client. A successful candidate will bring extensive HR experience, practical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This individual should also excel in conflict resolution, collaboration, critical thinking, multitasking, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on trends to help department leaders make informed decisions.
- Support supervisors and managers with disciplinary matters.
- Work with staff and leadership to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Promote and lead the annual employee engagement survey.
- Help create and enforce department policies.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues and address any concerns.
- Conduct thorough employee investigations and discuss findings with the Assistant Director.
- Collaborate on solutions for departmental challenges.
- Oversee and support performance management for individuals and the department.
- Partner with department leaders to apply HR strategies that boost workforce performance.
- Ensure a high standard of service for employees throughout their tenure.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
- 3–5 years of experience in training or education, covering areas like facilitation, course design, creative writing, business communications, presentations, reporting, and organizational development.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of current HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
