Shop Technician - 2nd shift
Position: Manufacturing Trainer Tech
Hours:10-hour shift with overtime available
Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm- 2:00 am
Salary: Starting at $20/hr
Location: Mesquite
We are looking for an experience Manufacturing/Warehouse Trainer Tech for a Fabrication company in a manufacturing environment in Mesquite. This role maintains a high production level while seeking new ways to improve current processes while enhancing product quality. You will also serve as a leader with you team. Looking for individual who is looking for growth opportunities.
Job Duties
Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform various tasks.
Exhibit safety and quality-conscious behavior that improves the flow of the line.
Collaborate with other employees to develop innovative ideas that could improve current processes.
Skilled in interpreting blueprint drawings.
Must have and wear steel-toe shoes. Protective eye gear will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience as a Lead or Trainer in similar field (manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or carpentry)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player
- Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat, and climb on an occasional basis
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds
- Effectively manage time
- Able to fully understand and interpret fabrication drawings
