Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to lead the operations at our Cincinnati facility. In this key leadership position, you’ll oversee all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement plant policies align with company standards.


• Lead by example to ensure compliance with OSHA and company health and safety regulations.


• Drive quality assurance efforts, ensuring all certifications and standards are met.


• Coordinate production schedules to meet sales goals and maximize capacity.


• Foster continuous improvement initiatives and challenge the status quo.


• Coach and develop team members while monitoring performance and progress.


• Oversee plant assets, including equipment maintenance, security, and human capital.


• Collaborate with production and quality teams to test and implement process improvements.


• Manage budgets, review ROI for resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.


• Represent the company in the community and promote positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.


• 8-10 years of experience in plastic extrusion or manufacturing plant management.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of quality systems, Lean Six Sigma, and safety management.


• Proficiency in SAP and advanced technical tools is a plus.
