Location: Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to oversee major projects and programs, coordinating efforts across departments and with external agencies for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This role serves as the primary liaison for high-profile initiatives.
- Manage all activities and services related to assigned projects.
- Develop and implement project goals, policies, and priorities.
- Establish service delivery and staffing levels; evaluate efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate staff from Client and partner agencies; resolve issues.
- Oversee project-related budget development and administration.
- Review and coordinate significant reports, plans, and documents.
- Serve as liaison with regional organizations, municipalities, and government agencies.
- Identify key stakeholders and network to gain support for Client goals.
- Educate officials and agencies on legislative positions and policies.
- Engage in consensus-building and debate with internal and external groups.
- Research and develop innovative infrastructure options and funding sources.
- Provide support to executive management and elected officials.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project/program management, engineering, planning, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in local government.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, if applicable.
- Knowledge of large city operations, project management, engineering, and public administration.
- Skilled in public speaking, customer service, project management, and personnel management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, develop and manage budgets, and handle multiple projects.
