We are seeking a Staff Account for our Client in Euless! They are a small business with about 75 employees. Great culture and pay! 

Some duties and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain reports


• Reconcile bank accounts


• Reconcile general ledger for month, quarter and year end


• AR collections


• Fixed assets and depreciation for multiple company entities


• Ad hoc financial reports


• Participate in in person quarterly inventory counts


• Provide CPA with financial review docs

• 5 years of experience if they have a degree. 


• 7 years of experience with no degree.


• Strong verbal, written, & communication skills.


• Good organizational skills.


• General financial and cost accounting knowledge.


• Accounting principles and experience with Microsoft suite.


• QuickBooks experience.


• Advanced excel skills and would want them tested in Excel.
