Job Title: Part-time Survey Assistant

Location: Dallas

Schedule: Monday to Friday (shifts:1pm - 5pm )

Pay: $16/hour

We are seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals for a short-term project aimed at enhancing the public transportation experience. As a Public Transportation Survey Assistant, you will engaging with passengers to gather their feedback on their experience through QR code scans or paper surveys.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the study with professionalism and enthusiasm.


• Engage with individuals in a friendly and respectful manner, explaining the purpose of our survey and encouraging their participation.


• Distribute QR codes and paper surveys to passengers, assisting them as needed to ensure clarity and ease of participation.


• Collect 20 completed surveys per shift, ensuring data quality and reliability.


• Maintain accurate records of surveys distributed and collected, reporting daily progress to the project coordinator.

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.


• Ability to approach and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.


• Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to the assigned schedule.


• Must be able to stand  for extended periods at 1 location.


• Previous experience in customer service or survey administration is a plus but not required.
