Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Material Handler

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76177

Hours: 7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday (overtime based on project)

Pay:  $18 to $22/hr (based on experience)

We’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate – Material Handler in the Fort Worth area to handle materials, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Pull materials based on work orders and customer specifications.


• Use RFID scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.


• Verify stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist in cycle counts.


• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely.


• Inspect materials for damage or defects before processing orders.


• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging materials for delivery.


• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and other team members to ensure efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Warehouse experience, especially in pipe, plumbing, or construction materials, is a plus.


• Experience operating sit down, standup, and pallet jack forklifts.


• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).


• Familiarity with RFID readers and barcode scanning technology.


• Basic math, measurement, and computer skills (Excel, Word)


• Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy materials 50+lb’s regularly.


• Accuracy and efficiency in inventory tracking and order fulfillment


• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and outdoor conditions


• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
