Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Shop Worker

Location: Mesquite, TX

Pay: $17/hr Paid Weekly

Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 4:30pm

We are looking for Warehouse Associate/ Shop Worker for a Fabrication company in a manufacturing environment. This role performs general labor in the shop dealing with glass handling, metal fabrication, assembly, glazing or packaging.  Great opportunity for growth .

• Ensure the line maintains a high production level while seeking new ways to improve current processes while enhancing production quality. 


• Exhibit safety and quality conscious behavior that improves the flow of the line. 


• Works in various shop departments (fabrication, assembly, glazing, packaging). 


• Loads and unloads trucks of glass and metal material. 


• Stocks material in warehouse or pulls material for shipment. 


• Work with a variety of basic tools like tape measurer, hammer, screwdriver, and more. 

• 1+ years of relevant experience in construction or fabrication


• Basic math, reading, and computer skills 


• Effective communication skills 


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 


• Contribute to a safe & enjoyable work environment 


• Able to work collaboratively with a team 


• Must be able to walk, bend, twist, squat and climb on an occasional basis 


• Must be able to push, pull, and lift between 30 and 60 pounds
